1. Purchases & the 10-day drop model

Each bundle we sell is a themed collection of digital products from independent creators, made available for a fixed 10-day window. Once that window closes, that exact bundle is gone for good; a returning theme is offered as a new, separate listing. Buying a bundle gives you access to everything included in it, with 6 months to redeem each product.

2. No refunds

Because bundles provide instant digital access, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete.

3. Creator & influencer partnerships

Creators and influencers may apply to take part in a drop free of charge. Payouts follow the structure described on our Creators and Influencers pages, and are made within a few weeks of a drop closing. Partners are not required to work with us exclusively.

4. Account & user conduct

You agree to provide accurate information when you make a purchase or apply as a partner, and not to misuse, resell, or share redemption codes with anyone who has not purchased the bundle.

5. Intellectual property

The Bundle Club brand, site, and materials are our property. Each product inside a bundle remains the intellectual property of the creator who made it.

6. Limitation of liability

The Bundle Club is provided "as is." We aren't liable for the content, quality, or availability of individual products supplied by creators, beyond facilitating your access to them.

7. Governing law

The Bundle Club LLC is registered in Wyoming, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted here.
